SYD MCGREGOR
I’ve grown up playing all kinds of sports from basketball, skateboarding, and gymnastics to powerlifting, calisthenics, and bodybuilding. With a vast background in fitness, my coaching style now blends strength training, functional movement, agility work, and bodybuilding principles to improve mobility, muscle growth, and overall health.
I began my coaching career in Orange County, California, in 2021 after struggling with my own mental health and discovering how to build confidence again through fitness. That experience drives my passion for helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Fast forward to today, I've been lucky enough to find an incredible fitness community here in Austin as well being closer to family and making new amazing friends. When I'm not focused on fitness, you'll usually find me cooking, reading for self improvement, or exploring with my dog Stella.
In order to continue helping others, I strive to further my education in exercise, health, and wellness. In my pursuit of growing this knowledge, I have obtained certifications by NFPT for personal training, NASM for corrective exercise and performance enhancement, and MBSC PRT for functional group training.
