At Apex Compound, we help busy professionals build real strength, fix tight hips, weak shoulders, and low back pain, all in order to create bodies that actually last.
Led by Coach Syd and Coach Gabi, we specialize in strength and mobility coaching designed for people who are tired of feeling stiff, beat up, and stuck in their training.
Most of our clients come in dealing with nagging aches, tight joints, or feeling like their body just doesn’t move the way it should.
The problem isn’t effort, it’s lack of structure. That’s why we don’t do random workouts. We use structured strength and mobility systems to eliminate pain, improve movement, and build muscle at the same time.

We take a deeper look into your initial movement patterns and learn how your body adapts to different exercises to better personalize your strength and mobility program. This allows us to provide custom workout plans with periodization, nutritional guidance, and the right accountability systems to help you reach your fitness goals.

No previous training experience required! We welcome all walks of life no matter your fitness background.

Our sessions are typically 45 minutes long and your initial assessment will run about 60 minutes long to give us time to get to know your goals, limitations, and assess your movement patterns.
